The company

A factory that behaves like a partner.

UNIFORMS started as a twelve machine stitching unit in 2001. Today we run an integrated floor: in-house cutting, stitching lines, embroidery, printing, wash and finishing, with a dedicated QA room every garment passes through before it is folded.

We work on programmes, not one-off orders. That means size sets, colour standards, stock holding and repeat runs that still match the first delivery two years later.

Twelve machines, one room

Opened as a contract stitching unit producing school shirts for three local schools.

Embroidery brought in-house

Six-head machines installed, cutting logo lead times from ten days to two.

First export programme

Hotel group across four countries, 18,000 garments, single colour standard.

Automated cutting and QA lab

CAD marker planning and in-line inspection reduced fabric waste by 14 percent.

Mission

Make uniforms that hold their shape, colour and fit through the whole contract, not just the first month.

Vision

To be the manufacturing partner brands keep, run after run, across every market they enter.

Core values

Say the real lead time. Cut the fabric you approved. Fix a fault before it ships, not after.

Why manufacturers stay with us

Twelve reasons the second order is easier than the first.

Owned production floor

Nothing is sub-contracted out of sight. Every line runs under one roof and one QA team.

Graded size sets

Full size runs from XS to 5XL, plus ladies and youth blocks fitted on live models.

Colour continuity

Lab-dipped and recorded, so a reorder in year three still matches the original batch.

In-house testing

Shrinkage, colour fastness, tensile and pilling checked before bulk is cut.

21 day bulk turnaround

Standard programmes ship in three weeks. Rush lines available with committed dates.

Stock holding

We hold your fabric and sizes so top-ups ship in days, not another full cycle.

Design and pattern room

Send a sketch, a photo or a worn sample. We pattern, grade and sample it.

OEKO-TEX fabrics

Tested for harmful substances, important for schools, clinics and kitchens.

Export documentation

Full paperwork, carton marking and consolidated shipping handled by our team.

One account manager

A single named contact from quote to delivery. No ticket queues, no handovers.

Low waste cutting

CAD marker planning keeps fabric utilisation above 88 percent on most styles.

Replacement guarantee

Stitching or fabric fault inside twelve months and we replace the garment.

What we manufacture

Nine programmes, one production standard.

Each category has its own block, fabric shortlist and finishing route. Pick a category to see the fabric and construction we normally recommend.

Client words

What procurement teams say after year two.

★★★★★
We reordered in the third year and the navy matched the first delivery exactly. That has never happened with any other supplier we have used.
Amelia ChenHead of Procurement, Harbourview Hotels
★★★★★
They re-patterned the coveralls after watching our drivers work a shift. Replacement claims dropped by more than a third the following year.
Daniel OkoroOperations Director, Northline Logistics
★★★★★
Eleven schools, one term, no missed date. The size sets arrived labelled by campus so we did not have to sort a single carton.
Priya NairGroup Administrator, St. Andrews College
★★★★★
The QA report comes with the shipment, not after we complain. It changed how our clinical team feels about uniform week.

Questions

The things buyers ask us first.

If your question is not here, send it through the form and you will get a written answer, not a callback request.

Ask a question

Standard programmes start at 50 pieces per style. A custom developed style starts at 100 pieces per colourway, because the pattern, grading and sampling cost is spread across the run.

Sampling is 7 to 10 days. Bulk production is 21 to 30 days depending on quantity, embellishment and whether the fabric is stocked or dyed to your colour.

Yes, and we recommend it. You get a pre-production sample in the approved fabric with your logo applied. Bulk is only cut after you sign it off in writing.

For contract clients we hold fabric and an agreed size buffer. Top-ups for new starters usually dispatch within 72 hours.

Your shade is lab dipped and recorded against a physical standard we keep on file. Reorders are matched to that standard, not to a screen reference.

We ship to more than 50 cities by air and sea, with export documentation, carton marking and consolidated shipping handled in-house.

Stitching or fabric faults inside twelve months are replaced. Send a photo and the carton number and the replacement goes out with your next dispatch.
